These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of azmonsoonwatersolutions.com (the "Site") and your communications with Monsoon Water Solutions ("Monsoon Water Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to these Terms.
Monsoon Water Solutions provides residential water softening and filtration systems, including sales and related service, in Arizona's East Valley. Quotes provided on the phone or in writing describe the specific equipment included. Monsoon Water Solutions does not perform installation. You may hire a plumber of your choice, or ask us to refer you to a licensed plumber from our list. Any plumber you hire, including one we refer, is an independent contractor and is not employed by or acting for Monsoon Water Solutions. You arrange and pay for installation directly with that plumber, and Monsoon Water Solutions is not responsible for the plumber’s work, pricing or scheduling.
Pricing communicated to you covers the equipment described in your quote and does not include installation labor, which you arrange and pay for separately. Additional equipment requested by you may change the final price, which we will communicate before your order is placed. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you accept it and sign the accompanying service agreement.
By providing your phone number to Monsoon Water Solutions, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape its content for commercial purposes, or misrepresent your identity when submitting forms. Site content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Monsoon Water Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.
Equipment warranties are described in your service agreement and the manufacturer’s warranty documentation provided with your equipment. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monsoon Water Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under a signed service agreement or applicable consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
